ORDERS AND SHIPPING

How long does shipping take?
Processing before dispatch depends on the fulfillment method: on-demand products typically require 5–9 business days, while products already stored at our fulfillment partner's warehouse typically require 1–2 business days. Processing may vary with order size and complexity, and branded orders may take longer due to customization. After dispatch, Standard shipping typically takes 3–5 business days (5–8 in remote areas), and Express shipping typically takes 2–3 business days. Transit time is additional to processing time.

Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Enjoy free standard shipping on US orders of $70 or more. Standard shipping otherwise costs $10.99 USD. Express shipping costs $30.99 USD and is not included in the free standard shipping offer.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship within the United States only.

Please email support@asrsolune.com with your order number and the details of your request. Contact us before sending any items back.

What if my product arrives damaged, defective or incorrect?
Email support@asrsolune.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos or video of the item and packaging so we can review the issue. If the packaging is damaged, take a photo before opening it.
